ORDER

Orders will be processed and delivered normally. Some delays in delivery can be experienced. If you have not received your order within 12 business days, please contact us at support@burtenhyde.com. Please note, if you are not home when the order is delivered your order may be returned to us.

Once an order is placed it is sent directly to our warehouse so you can receive your order as soon as possible. Unfortunately, this means your order/your address cannot be adjusted or changed. Please contact us so we can discuss further steps with you.

To use your promotion code, after adding the items you wish to purchase to your shopping cart, enter the promotion code in the coupon field and hit apply. Please note that promotion codes are case sensitive. After seeing the promotion code added to your order, you should then enter your payment information and submit your order.

No, you do not need an account to shop at Burten Hyde. Once you find a product you need, just add it to your cart and checkout!

We do not currently offer individual gift receipts or gift wrapping services. However, our Burten Hyde products are packaged in a beautiful, customized box.

Delivery

We ship globally! We currently ship to over 30+ countries. We are unable to ship to any PO Box, military or protected areas. We will add additional international shipping destinations in the near future, so stay tuned!

All orders will be delivered within 8-12 business days. Due to COVID-19, there are order processing delays of 2-3 business days. Please note that all expected delivery dates are approximations and can be affected by conditions such as shipping restrictions, payment authorizations, online security checks and stock availability.

If you did not receive your package by the expected delivery date, please check on the shipment by tracking your order. Your tracking information will have been included in your initial order confirmation email. Check your email carefully for any shipping updates from us. For further assistance, please contact us at support@burtenhyde.com.

Please ensure that the shipping information you provide is accurate and up to date. Unfortunately, we are unable to redirect packages once your order has been shipped. If the address provided is incorrect, the package will be sent back to our warehouse.

Yes! We offer Shop Pay Installments. For orders over $50, select installments at checkout to split your purchase into 4 interest-free payments.

Your online transaction and payment details are directly handled by our payment service provider, with secure encryption, and under stringent banking regulations.

Your credit card details are sent directly to the bank and cannot be read or accessed by any parties other than your bank.

Burten Hyde does not store any customer's credit/debit card information. When you pay by credit/debit card, your credit/debit card information is securely handled by our payment service provider. Your credit card details are sent directly to the bank and cannot be accessed by any other party.

RETURN

Return your item(s) using the return link below and follow the steps:

MAKE A RETURN

Step 1: Enter your Shopify order number and zip code.

Step 2: Select the item(s) you will be returning and select the reason for the return. 

Step 3: Check your email for a return shipping label. Print the label and attach it to your package.

Step 4: Drop the package off at your nearest FedEx or USPS location. 

Once your return package has been received at our warehouse, it is then processed and inspected before we proceed in issuing a refund. You will receive a confirmation of the refund as soon as the refund is processed.

In the event that 5-10 business days has passed and you did not receive your refund, please contact us and provide us with the tracking number and postal carrier used to return your product.  We will look into it and get back to you as soon as possible.

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. The quickest way to exchange your item is to place a new order right away, and return your original purchase for a refund.

If your original purchase included a discount or promotion, don't hesitate to reach out to our customer service team for assistance with your new order.

We accept returns (in accordance with our return policy) on any items not marked “Final Sale”.

You have 14 days to initiate a return and mail the items back to us. Products must be returned in new condition without any scratches, stains, tears, and missing parts. Burten Hyde reserves the right to withhold the refund or return of items shipped outside of the return window.
